What else can you make with Veego which will taste out of this world and be good for you? Here’s a little favourite ripper recipe if you are a dessert person, our Veego Salted Caramel protein mousse
- 1 Scoop Veego Salted Caramel Plant Protein
- 180ml Coconut cream, canned
- 130g Coconut yoghurt, thick
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 1tbs Cacao powder
How to make it
Theres a little bit of prep for this one so get your ingredients and get ready.
Prep time is overnight!
Get a can of coconut cream and put in the fridge the overnight
In the morning after your workout 😉 scoop out the cold coconut cream off the top of the can and leave the water. You don’t need the cream!
Grab your trusty old mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients listed above and whip it up until it’s a smooth criminal
Get 3 or 4 little mousse or desert bowls and por mixture in
You can get into it straight away or refrigerate it for a few hours for a thicker mousse
Top with some warm caramel and cream and you will be in Plant protein desert heaven!
